Venue fees, photography, videography, floral design, décor, entertainment, food and beverage, transportation, permits, rentals, and other third-party expenses are quoted separately.

A signed service agreement and nonrefundable retainer are required to reserve your event date. The payment schedule, cancellation terms, rescheduling policies, staffing requirements, travel terms, and other important conditions will be outlined in your agreement.

Day of Details primarily serves Northern and Central New Jersey. Select New York City and other regional events may be accepted based on availability, event scope, travel requirements, staffing, and service minimums. Travel fees may apply.

We can share vendor recommendations based on your event needs and location. Vendor availability, pricing, contracts, performance, and services are determined directly between the client and each vendor unless otherwise stated in your Day of Details agreement.

Décor setup assistance is available as an enhancement for client-provided personal décor and display items. Pricing depends on the quantity of items, setup instructions, venue-access period, staffing requirements, and overall complexity. Floral design, full event design, rental installation, and extensive production setup are not included unless specifically stated in writing.

An assistant coordinator may be recommended or required based on guest count, venue layout, multiple locations, ceremony and reception logistics, décor volume, or overall event complexity. Assistant coordinator services start at $450. Any required staffing will be discussed before booking.

Day of Details operates as a professional coordination team. Your lead coordinator will be assigned based on availability, event location, selected package, and overall event requirements. Every coordinator follows the Day of Details planning process and receives the information necessary to provide consistent, professional service. When your lead coordinator is confirmed, we will introduce you and clearly outline your primary points of contact.
